I grew up with my family in a small village in Lebanon. My mom is one of the best cooks I have ever known, and watching her in the kitchen inspired me to become a chef. When I was a teenager, I started working in famous hotels and restaurants in Lebanon studying under the master chefs, and I realized by working with them that this will be my career path in the future. Years later, I graduated from culinary school in Lebanon. From there, I traveled to Dubai where I worked in a 5 star restaurant owned by one of the biggest oil companies in the world and cooked for some of the most important industry leaders in that country. I fulfilled another dream, when I finally came to America, and started to work in one of the most famous restaurant in L.A. . As well, I was able to cater private parties for some of the most famous people in the world, including Hollywood celebrities, and His Royal Highness, the Prince of Saudi Arabia during his stay at the famous Four Seasons Hotel and Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills. Also I work for bel-air hotel and Beverly hills hotel ,I open restaurant name pita corner café on a busy area Ventura Blvd. I still consulting a restaurant in Beverly hills.
